However, we do assist in the acquisition of the alcohol by providing beverage consultation which provides you with a calculated list of required ingredients based on your customized menu and the number of expected guests .

Yes, per California State Liquor Laws every guest must be checked for proof of age. No guest under 21 will be served NO EXCEPTIONS. Bartender(s) will be responsible for requesting proper identification and providing 21+ wristbands, ensuring that no underage patrons consume alcohol from the bar.

Yes, either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon providing written notice to the other party (the “Cancellation Notice”) at any time prior to the event date.

• The Client(s) acknowledge and agree that the Retainer is non-refundable upon cancellation.

• The Client(s) understand that they may be invoiced an “Additional Fee” upon cancellation if a non-refundable purchase was made on their behalf, such as, but not limited to, custom-printed menus, cups, or signage. All such non-refundable purchases must receive prior written approval from the Client(s) before being executed.

No, gratuity is not included in the contract. Gratuity may be expressed by permitting our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area or you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event.

Yes, we require a 3 hour minimum to book.

Per industry standard, we require 1 bartender and 1 bar back for every 50-75 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve.

Yes, “the client” is responsible for providing all ingredients upon booking the bartender only package.
